This is Located at the county court records for Johnson County Court Records Film # 0964807 - 0964811. Can any one help me obtain this Marriage License. I have obtained vital records through Franklin and Hamilton counties in IL and I just called up the County Clerks office (you can find the numbers online or probably the phone book since you live in the state) and asked them what info they would need. Both just needed the persons name(s), the date the occasion took place (birth, marriage, death) and the town it took place in. Simple as that. It wasnt all complicated as it is with IL State Vital Records such as filling out forms, sending a copy of ID, SASE, etc. Gotta love those little towns! :)
